Jasmine Lazaro, MSN, FNP-C, WCC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care and family medicine. She has worked in healthcare since 2017, beginning her career in hospital-based care in the Las Vegas area and continuing her practice across various clinical settings to serve diverse patient populations.
Jasmine earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in California. She is highly trained in comprehensive primary care, preventive health, and chronic disease management, providing care to patients across all stages of life.
Fluent in English and Tagalog and conversational in Spanish, Jasmine is dedicated to delivering culturally sensitive, patient-centered care. She prioritizes education, communication, and collaboration to ensure each patient feels heard and supported.
